Introduction Born in 1977, Francesco Uboldi lives in Milan (Italy). He studied in Virginia (USA) and majored in Communications at the University of Bologna (Italy). Now he cooperates with the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of Milan (IULM), working as a teacher in the field of new media and video. As a director, he has shot three fictional shorts and four documentaries (three shorts and one medium-length): “The End Before It Comes” (2008); “Jean Paul” (2006); “Philosophical Speculations on the Pursuit of Pleasure” (2006); “On the Road to Bagan” (2005); “Mouth Shut” (2004); “Il libro dell’acqua” (“The Waterbook”, 2004); “Rom, musicisti sotterranei” (“Roma, Underground Musicians”, 2004).
