Description of the content In the small village 3 km from the Romanian border Hungarians, Romanians and Gypsies have always lived together well. At the time of socialism land was the only resource for work and livelihood to all. They used to work together, spent their days together, just as well as they had joint festivities. As if the entire village were a big family, there never was any racial discrimination among people. What is the reason that several times the national average of the Roma becoming intellectuals, and also of the two other ethnic groups came from this village? Is there any relationship between inclusion and the individual development of the personality?
