The Foundation for the Art of Dance in Hungary was registered on April 10th, 1995, as an organization of public utility. The foundation is destined to promote values in the creative, performing, and technical fields in all forms of the art of dance in Hungary (ballet, folk dance, alternative and jazz dance as well as other branches), the esteem of dancers and the art of dance, and the improvement of their social status by making, producing, and marketing artistic, documentary, profile, and commercial films and videos.
