Established in 1996 by François d'Artemare and Maria João Mayer, Filmes do Tejo has been devoted to the production of DOCUMENTARIES, SHORTS and FEATURE FILMS as well as TELEVISON PROGRAMMES. We are committed to original films with a wide appeal, of various subject matters and aesthetic approaches, and to new directors with whom we want to grow. And for our films to have the greatest possible visible outlet both at a national and international level, through solid relationships with co-producers from France, Brazil, Germany and Belgium, for instance.
